Price List 2026 – for week

(without air conditioning and without linen)

The following additional costs are added to the above prices:

• General consumption (water, electricity and gas) 15.00 euros per person per week.
• Final cleaning of two-room apartments: Euro 70.00
• Final cleaning of studios: Euro 60.00.

Linen not provided in the apartment. 

Possibility to rent bed linen (sheets and pillowcases) and bathroom linen (1 set of towels which includes: 1 shower, 1 bidet and 1 face), the price is Euro 20.00 per person per week.

Apartment prices are for a week’s stay. Arrivals and departures Tuesday and Saturday (unless otherwise agreed).

Little pets are allowed (dogs and cats) upon agreement with the property and there is an additional charge for extra cleaning of Euros 40,00 for each dog and Euros 30,00 for each cat.

We have ferry tickets at low price

Tourist tax (to be paid separately on site)
Euros 2,00 per night per person (children up to 10 years and adults over 75 years are exempt from tax). (Tax applicable up to a maximum of 10 consecutive nights of stay).

Terms of payment:
30% upon booking confirmation (by bank transfer or postal order).
The rest upon check-in (on arrival at the facility).

Timetables (valid for rooms and apartments)
Check-in: starting at 1 pm
Check-out: by 10.00 am

Penalties in case of cancellation of the stay (cancellation policies).

• Deposit refund (with holding only Euros 10,00 for bank charges) in case of cancellation up to 60 days before arrival;
• Total loss of the deposit if communicated after this time.
